     Dependable Homes Limited is a property development company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are one of the leading real estate companies in the country; developing new homes at a competitive price.

     The company began its operations in April 2008 with a mission to provide world class service; through the creation of real estate and investment solutions. Young yet effervescent, we have quickly grown to become a reference point in the field of home construction.

    We believe in building aspirational homes and delivering great service. We are dedicated to excellence in the design and construction of the homes we build, the quality of the locations we choose and the customer service we provide.

Our Management Team

Kazeem Nalado-Bawa  Chairman/Chief Executive Officer.

As the Chairman/CEO of Dependable Homes Ltd, Kazeem oversees all aspects of the business from the planning to implementation stage of all projects. He is a hands-on CEO who ensures excellent service delivery to the clients. He is widely traveled with diverse experience in business; spanning from manufacturing, trading and importation. He maintains however, a special interest and passion for Real Estate, Development and Management. As a graduate of Economics; from the prestigious York University, Toronto Canada, Kazeem understands the various business concepts, market trends, and techniques on how to lead a successful team to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction.

Lookman Idris  General Manager - Projects

Lookman is a graduate of Political Science from Ogun State University, Nigeria. He has over 22 years experience in Property development, Property Maintenance, and Warehousing. He has worked as a Real Estate Developer in various multinational companies in Nigeria, Canada, and the U.S.A.

Adekunle Muraina  Technical/Engineering Supervisor

Adekunle is a product of the University of Ibadan; where he studied Civil Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction industry and has served in multiple capacities in various multinational construction companies such as Renoldys Construction Company and Energo Nigeria Limited.

Lanre Ajetunmobi  Lawyer

Lanre is a seasoned lawyer and he is involved in all aspects of the real estate sector such as sale contracts, management agreements and other contractual documentation. He obtained his bachelor's degree in law from the University of Ibadan and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Keele University , United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Olujide Tokunbo Web Developer

Olujide Tokunbo is an entrepreneur, a Graphic Designer, Publisher, Blogger, and Printer. He is an Electrical Engineer from a prestigious Universal College of Technology (Now The Polytechnic Ife) Ile-Ife, Osun State. His passion for Graphic Design Creativity made him neglect his previous studied profession for Art and Design Courses to blend his ability and zeal for his promise-able career. He has served in different standard companies and organization in Lagos and received several awards in Graphic Design and Creativity.
